How Do I Prevent Stretch Marks During Pregnancy
Pregnant women are the targets of several scams and miraculous stretch mark skincare creams are the most common. While a small amount of Vitamin E can be good for the skin, to expect that it will make all stretch marks go away overnight is not sensible. No matter what is used, the skin will in all likelihood show scars of physical stretching that happens over a short period of time. Currently, there is no guaranteed way of preventing stretch marks during pregnancy and there are no magic remedies either. Although there are various products marketed toward the reduction of stretch marks, there is no scientific grounds that suggest they really work. Maintaining overall health is the best thing a person can do to maintain an attractive appearance, by exercising, consuming a well-balanced diet, drinking eight glasses of water every day and applying a moisturizer cream on dry skin. Over time, these marks normally fade a bit on their own.
